The earth
is our home, but rain forests are being destroyed
depleting the oxygen supply, streams once pristine
are polluted and undrinkable, and rivers once used
for summer swimming are thick with sludge from
factories. As an earth-conscious individual, you
can create a more ecologically conscious lifestyle
by recycling,
bicycling, simple
living, carpooling,
eating
low on the food chain, boycotting
synthetic and chemically produced products, and
joining environmental groups.
By joining
one or more of the organizations listed in our
favorite
Environmental Links, you can do your
part to help clean up the air, oceans, rivers, and
wildlife, or help reduce toxic waste, pesticides, and
prevent the further destruction of native
forests. Why not join

Sierra
Club, or Rainforest
Action Network in helping to save
the environment?
