our everyday food choices affect: human health , the
environment, the welfare of animals. To this end, we will be
involved in activities like hosting community potlucks and
sponsoring various public events with guest speakers, as
well as tabling, lecturing and other forms of public

founder of Inner Freedom Yoga. She is ecstatic to be a
Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor and is proud to have been

Hanna Somatic Education. She has been studying yoga since
1988 and teaching since 1994.
