How to submit a
Standard or Featured Listing
1) Choose
type of listing: Standard or Featured (with or
without photo).
2) Choose
the page(s)/www. you would like your listing to
appear on by visiting our home
page, or use the
scroll-down menu at the top of each page. Select
from cities, states, countries, chapters, articles,
etc.
3) Choose
top of page' placement, or scroll-down your chosen
page(s) and choose the category you would like your
listing placed (ie. healthfood stores, vacations
& retreats, etc.).
4) Send us
an E-mail telling
us the type of listing you would like (Standard or
Featured), and include the text of your listing.
Please also include the url's of the pages you
would like your listing to appear (www...). Tell us
whether you would like a top of page location, or
the category you would like your listing placed.
Include your photo as an attachment to your e-mail
(in .jpeg or .gif formats).
5) Payment:
Call 352-481-0500 (EST 9-6, Mon-Fri.) with your MC
or Visa, or send us your payment via paypal (our
account id is: peter@vegetarianusa.com).
6) Once your
listing is posted on the site (usually the same
day), we will send you a detailed e-mail receipt
with links to the pages your listing appears. If
your ad needs a correction, just e-mail us with the
specific changes.

or .gif formats (flash/.swf banner are not
accepted, unless requested)
How to submit your
banner:
1) Choose
the size banner you would like to place (see
available sizes & prices below).
2) Choose
the location(s) for your banner by visiting our
home
page, or use the
scroll-down menu at the top of each page. You can
select from cities, states, countries, chapters,
articles, etc.
4)
E-mail us your
banner as an attachment (.jpeg or .gif formats only
| flash banners are not accepted), and the
location(s) you would like it to appear. If you
would like us to design your banner, call Peter
Firk (our AD Sales Manager) at 352-481-0500 (EST
9-6, Mon-Fri.) to discuss the text and
graphics(photos, logos, etc...) you would like
placed on your banner.
4) Payment:

5) Once your
banner is posted on the site (usually within 24
